Default New site design - too much flash?

hi guys
I value opinions in this forum so would like to know from the senior bods out there what they think to a redesign I have done for a UK-only site selling experience days - the URL is http://www.ineedpampering.com/
I'm happy with source code, copy could possibly be improved on - my major concern is the embedded flash file in the header strip: 204kb, although it streams in.
I may create 2 flash files, the first loading in just what is necessaray to fill the space, then inserting a 10 sec pause before it runs off to loadin the 2nd flash file with the majority of the data.

Any comments appreciated

It loads relatively quickly, and doesn't interfere with viewing the content.
