Very neat look and clean layout. Pages load quickly. Only problem is the lack of text content. On the home page itself there is close to nothing about the site and business. Also none of the words that appear in the META keywords or description appear in the text content of the pages. To make the site SE friendly you got to add more text.

I agree with Sands - you need more text. Include your full address on the home page; add some alt text to your photo along the lines of "Angus lettings - Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Fife rentals"

As you include the word "lettings" in your logo, maybe you should also include it in your title tag and meta description tag too.
