What I noticed first was the image of the tiger climbing the tree on the left. Looks to me as if it was a cut and paste job, that too a poor one! Tigers are seldom known to climb trees and that tiger looks as if it were sprinting. Why was this done? Also the bottom of the page does not match the top, does looks a bit odd.
Did you check the page on a high resolution monitor? You would be surprised at how the header of the page looks.
Coming to the HTML, would be a good idea to put the JS code in a separate ".js" file. Also there is no height attribute for table cells. Better if you validated the HTML.
