My advice for your website:

1. Logo is too small and can barely be seen. You want people to remember your site.

2. The color scheme is very similar to TagWorld.com. You need to add a little more color and personality to the site in order to differentiate yourself.

3. I don't really see the connection between the domain name, "flingr" and social networking. When I first say the name "flingr" I immediately associated it with flickr.

4. The google banner ad at the top of the page just doesnt look right.

I know the concept of Social Networking is hot now...but remember everyone is doing it. In order to be successful you have to provide your visitors with something that competitors like MySpace, Friendster, Tagworld, etc. can't.

I agree the logo and header could be about 30 px taller.

The adsense looks weird. Maybe I want the left margin to be defined but it is not. You might want to do some A/B testing and see how people react to different templates.
