Default Back for your Enjoyment -- The Final Version!

Many folks here have been wondering what we've really been up to with this site so after years in research and advanced development we've found our niche in the competitive world or real estate.

Real Estate Add now not only provides real estate news on all 50 US States, but also local market forecasts. Any comments would be appreciated and Thanks in advance!

Is there something missing? I don't see the point of this site, unless you are heavily into vague generalities about the property markett in various states.

Apart for generating Adsense revenue for you, what's the site for?

Really? Hardly ground-breaking news. But how can you find a real estate agent? Not with this site...

Gotta agree with Paul B on some of those issues...i don't really get it.

at any rate, it's a decent looking site, with a pretty straightforward setup.

you could easily switch to a table-less layout and cut your markup in at least half. for starters, make your menu an unordered list.

[edit]
also, the length of your menu kinda urks me. i can't imagine the amount of scrolling at 800x600...you'd get lost in that thing. perhaps you could integrate a drop-down style, by beginning letter of each state or something. just a thought[/edit]

best of luck!

Thanks for the comments Paul and Ran. We are going to shorten the menu abit, but from all the research we've done with more than two dozen study groups now the site is easy to navigate with the long list of state names. We're working on tightening it up.

And Paul it is a real estate "News" site with local market forcasts not at all intended to be a salesy site. Thanks again!
