Even with the navigation strangeness in firefox, it looks just like it is supposed to. I know this because it looks just like twenty thousand other web development sites.

Neat look and I liked the fact that the site has very few images. I agree with Dcrux about the need for something unique to make the site stand out from the others. Have you checked out the site in a low resolution monitor, the menu on top?

I checked, you are right, menu is broken with resolution 800x600 and lower. I'll fix it asap.

Fast loading. 'contacts' item on menu bar goes into second line in IE at 1024x1280. There are too many items or they are too long.

Your site reflects the sales pitch well: 'making sites simple'

I like the menu on the right, but you are repeating the same menu options at the top. I also think that while the content looks good as a center column, the menu would be better closer to the side of the screen. In other words, there is a squashed feeling: The top bar goes wide, but the content and menu underneath have heaps of left and right padding.

I clicked on 'shopping cart' wondering why a web design biz would have one, only to find that this is one of the products you sell.

I think your site feels credible, you sell yourselves well and the language is excellent specially since English is not the native language of Ukraine. I do think though that you could restrict yourself to one menu system with a system of sublevels and make it more coherent.

The most important page a designer needs to include is a portfolio of sample designs - where is yours?

clean design...kinda template-esque tho.

and what do mean 'no'??

the portfolio section IS what will make people decide whether they'll hire you or not. They need to see what you provided other clients, and if you don't have any, make some mock-up sites.
