Fast loading. Not bad banner. Can't find a menu system and the activity boxes on the right appear to ge the logical place to have links but none there. Not till I page down to the selection box do I find a door out of the front page and into the meat of the pie. The meat is good. Clear breadcrumb nav at top, good pics and easy to read info.

I would do major work on the front page. Get the nav options in the users face by at least moving the selection box upwards, but for your kind of site I think that that option is too drab looking. You could do with a decent dropdown menu system or similar.

Like the site, looks useful and fun.

I see one element of the inital nav is the map of the islands. This perhaps could be brought higher up the page with the 'use map to pick your island' made very obvious.

I found the text on the home page small and hard to read.

The caps of the ebook and the size of the ebook looks like an afterthought put their by someone who is not the designer and in my opinion degrades the quality of the page. It would look better and most likely work just as well if it was better integrated.

I would also STRONGLY suggest that the activities list on the RHS also be links to pages that discuss them and give localion options.

The selection menu is a bit cumbersom - I looked for whale whatching on Kauai and there were non - so that leads to frustration - I then tried the icons on the right - ahhh! not links, so something to think about in terms of different user behaviours!
