In IE 768x1024, the right column is displaced to bottom of content, navbar appears broken at right.

Clicked on item on left menu, go to a page and menu disappears. Right column displacement still occuring

Clicked on home and got a completely different page with a blue blackground. At this point I am getting kind of lost. Oh no blue background has gone I'm on /business page and it is totally different from the original one. Your home page is not your home page, its your /business page, via some kind of splash page.

The layout and text is fine, there's lots of information, but at this stage it lacks coherence. Build the site round a coherent and easy to use nav system. You need it. I use popdown menus.

The overall site looks pretty good and seems well organized.

You might want to think about moving all of your JavaScript coding to external .JS files and converting your font styles to an external .CSS file.

Getting each of these "code hogs" off of your pages will help with your organic search engine listings.
