I'm not sure about the shadows under the menu links - it makes them a bit tricky to read properly.

The main text reads a bit like spam as well..?

But i like the simple layout and colour scheme - and when you get into the products section it's easy to navigate.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Flash is very slow to load. Might be wise to put a text menu at the bottom of the page for visitors who don't have Flash installed. Seems to be rather a lot of text on the main page - might be better to put it on a separate page with a concise intro on the main page. Otherwise, a very attractive design. Good luck with it.
