Default sms software website redesign

Hi
We have just launched the new design of our website

www.m-science.com

In terms of overall design, i was pretty much stuck to that design as it was what the big bosses wanted to fit in with our sister companies, but what are your expert opinions on it?

Not so much in terms of aesthetics, but in terms if usability, understanding what we offer and who to, and of course our search engine optimisation.

We originally only offered one product, but we now offer a whole range and wanted to make it as easy as possible for people landing on our home page to find the right product for their needs.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated, thank you

the site is well designed.
you have used light colors for your text. i think dark color may be more easy to read.
viewing from 800x600 screen, the "latest news" box is not visible unless we scroll the page to the right side horizontally.
it may be better to increase the font size of the navigation

looks good.
You may consider doing a variation on the subpages instead of the same flash header on every page. It gets monotonous.

Default Nicely done!

Looks nice, but text should indeed be darker and maybe a bit bigger.

I especialy like the fact that it seems to validate!...Means I'm not the only one always trying to maintain this :worried:

I would get rid of the Flash and replace this with a nice image and then a different one for each subject!

You go girl!

Default Agree on the flash thing...

I'd have to agree with the Flash header comment. I'd see if you can make them unique to each page, that would add a lot more value and flow to the site.

Overall a good clean site though.

Thanks for the comments, I also am a bit unsure about the flash header, but unfortunately its what they want. I feel it wastes a lot of valuable space that could be encouraging people to click through instead of just looking pretty.

I'm working on laternative solutions that will heopfully be implemented further down the line!
