I posted for people to review Endoscopy.com, now I'd like some input into CartsWorld.com - it's a "sister" site of our company to sell carts through (not go-carts or anything like that. A/V cars, utility carts, medical carts, etc.)

Too much information at the top! Let people get to the products, see if you've got what they want and then take in the other info. For instance:

"If you don't find what you're looking for, please call us at 1-845-277-1700 and tell a representative what you're interested in or request a free catalog."

When people arive at you site, they don't yet know if they can find what they need. This information is useless to them. I'd move this to the bottom of each search page, so that it's on hand when your customers actually need it.

I'd have a look through your other text and see what is necessary for the front page.
