Overall very nice and functional. I notice only two minor points. The text above the center frame, that is made up of gifs is blurry. Its especially noticable on "home, about us, projects, contact us." Also the letters in the logo are a little blurry, they probably are not on your monitor but every one is different. If you could it would be far clearer to have actual white fonts on black background like below the center frame.
The borderspace in the text section is slightly out of alignment. There should be as much whitespace on either side of the text.
Otherwise neat and simple.

Peter...upon first glance, your site is a nice neat little package. However, after viewing your source, you have huge quantities of code and deprecated tags for what really isn't all that much presentation.

You could very very easily go table-less wiht this layout, thusly reducing your markup exponentially.

You can even make your images swap without any javascript...check out bonrouge.com for some ideas.

hope that helps.

Hi,

Limited technical expertise here, but a contact form would be an improvement. At least have domain email, not a listed email address from a domain with no working website. "Click here for our careers section" doesn't look like a link. Nice mousover map feature.

The About Us page is mostly jargon, frankly. Also, it never answers the obvious question of who Peter O'Moore is.

The Projects section is quite good.
