First off, you have:
<meta name="revisit-after" content="30 days">
listed twice. It would be a good idea to remove both as you are only hindering yourself by restricting reviews of your site.

And this section right here:
<div id="Layer1" style="position:absolute; left:0px; top:-4200px; width:200px; height:0px; z-index:1; visibility: hidden"> With all of the keyword sections, will kill any chances you have at search engine placement, if it hasn't already.

Search engines consider this method "spamming" and tend to ban sites for less. This little section of yours also drops your legitimate body copy 3/4's the way down the page. This reduces the amount of validity your real copy has at ever being used in your favor. I would suggest reviewing the SEO sections of this forum, to get a better grasp on your placement ideas before it is too late.

Brian ::

I have to say that is one of the better examples of Search Engine Spamming I have seen in quite some time. Spamming is anything that could be considered unethical (generally speaking). Don't repeat keywords more than 5 times (7 at the most and that is pushing it) ... 3-5 is ideal; if you were indexed ... you will probably be black-listed; I would turn you in for it if you showed up in a category I was optimizing for ... absolutely.
