Default RenFaire site in it's infantsy... problem with css

I am slowly working on a Renaissance Faire directory page. There is something wrong in my coding though. For some reason, "sometimes" not all of the blue background is blue, hit refresh and it's fixed. What am I missing?

Also, I know it still needs a lot of work, but I would like to have some input from others about the site.

Thanks

No problems seen here in either IE 6 or Firefox 1.5.03

I guess it's just me... I'm using IE 6.0.2800.116 dunno what is causing it, but as long as it's just me, I can live with it.

Thanks for checking
