Default Philosophy Shop review

Hi Everyone,
I have been reading webproworld newsletters for 2 years now - it is interesting to try and understand the internet / Google and put this knowledge into practice.
Anyway, my partner and I have built a philosophy shop and we would really appreciate any comments, particularly to do with;
1. Content
2. Navigation
3. Aesthetics

Below is some standard code we have - hope you find it interesting.
Geoff

Layout needs improvement for readability (including a margin, for instance). Pages load slowly. http://www.cafepress.com/philosophy_shop/923756 page didn't load at all. Navigation can be improved as well.

Frankly, the site looks like it was designed in a vacuum -- without looking at other sites or modern layout techniques, copywriting or visual merchandising. Content doesn't mesh topic and product well. Also, layout makes it difficult to tell there is content to scroll down to.

There are just too many things to mention, only a few have to do with technology. Don't limit the site to what you know how to do -- use what's going to work for visitors.

the concept is very interesting
site is good,
however, it is too big to fit into a single page.
you may consider braking it into several pages.
then it will be more user friendly

Thanks for taking the time to have a look and commenting.
I keep learning slowly!
All the best,
Geoff
