Sadly it is trapped by an unprofessional layout.
Make your page white, Invest in a proper logo, and make sure every single page has a consistent look and feel. Buy webhosting. Get a Domain. You have a jewel in the rough. Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Main text loads nice and fast but the graphics are a bit slow to load. Slightly too wide for 800x600. Might be nice if the links changed colour when the mous is passed over them. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
