Sorry it took me a while to respond but my career has kept me traveling and I didn't have the chance till now. I will take most of your suggestions and put them to work soon as I can. I appreciate all the input!

The pic that you used on the site is REALLY BAD.
It is grainy and overly pixelated.

I think you scanned it out of a magazine or paper. That's a definite no no as the image is not sharp.
You may want to consider getting some studio pics done as first impressions do count.

As I move along page to page, you use the same pic over and over and over again. But the pic changes in size page to page. Rather erratic and inconsistent.

I hope you can get some coolideas as to beautify that site as you can use it to go really far.
