Default www.tringmarketauctions.co.uk please review

I need to update my site and have been told that frames aren't good. If I remove the frames how can I keep the header and link buttons on screen?

That's fine really. You aren't doing too bad.
I'd say to make the bground white. Good if u do.

Rework your logo as it is pixelated.

Rework your Meta. It is incomplete.

<META content="type all your keywords here"
name="keywords">
<META content="type your site description here"
name="description">
<META content="index,follow" name="robots">
<META NAME="robots" CONTENT="index, follow">
<META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="INDEX, FOLLOW">

Don't use the word web and design too many times in the metas. maybe go for a dark blue top that has the navigation links below exactly as they are.

Default Your Meta on Tring Market Auctions

Your Tring Market Auction site needs Metatags.

This is what they look like now:

<HEAD><META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">

<TITLE>Tring Market Auctions</TITLE>
<META NAME="Generator" CONTENT="NetObjects Fusion 3.0.1 for Windows">

<BASE TARGET="_parent">
</HEAD>

Rework them like this:

<HEAD><META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
<TITLE>Tring Market Auctions</TITLE>
<META content="type all your keywords here"
name="keywords">
<META content="type your site description here"
name="description">
<META NAME="robots" CONTENT="index, follow">
<META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="INDEX, FOLLOW">
</HEAD>

Yes that's one of the problems apparently with using frames, the keywords etc. are there in the parent html but not in the page that displays.
Thanks for your comments
