Following the suggetsion I got on this forum and elsewhere, I have been working on a whole new design.
I would appreciate your comments on it before I decide to make the "complete makeover" :)

Definitely an improvement! Well done.

Overall code is nice, only minor niggles:

a) I suggest to use
<h2 class="title_blue">Creative Intelligences</h2>
instead of
<p class="title_blue">Creative Intelligences</p>
for better semantic structure.

b) you have to close

before you introduce an[list=1]

c) you got a bunch of
(should be
according to your chosen DTD)
