Coming in with the spalsh page and then going to frames are two things that will hurt you with the search engines.

The light grey text is hard to read. You need a logo and I would get rid of the frames.

I would also get rid of the counter and the home page is a bit long.

You also need some pictures

You have put too much stuff and cluttered it up. The site is so search engine unfriendly.
People want to read the text (The search engines need text not visuals).

People come to see what you have to offer but they are stopped in their tracks with a flash that is really loud. It takes too long to get to the info. Imagery should compliment text and not the other way around.

for the contents of any Links, Banner Adds , Advertising or Services.

Please change it to Ads.

If you gotta have flash, work it into your working index page to compliment it.
