The site loads fast but once you wait for it to load you get a page that tells you nothing about the site.

Two clicks before I get to any information. I wonder how fast it is on regular dial up?

The site looks good most the links are not working yet.

I like the graphics and layout because I think an Advertising Agency's site needs to show they're creativity. I would say something about the agency and what it's about on the home page since that's what you see first. On the Contact page, there are overlapping graphics where you enter your info.

Two splash pages are two too many.

No links - like to Read More, hot link-ed images or the home page in the menu - work. It's dead in the water SE-wise.

I reluctantly agree that Flash may be the best medium for promoting such an advertising business, but then Flash should be used to do something you can't do in HTML - and seeing the rapidly drawn borders seem to be about the only thing you can't do in HTML.

What about an HTML version for SEs, and me?

I dont think this website takes enough advantage of flash in order to go that route. The design is nice but you need some exposure through search engines and the best way to do that is through an HTML page. Otherwise I like it. Perhaps more information on the first blank page would be nice though.
