Default Please review www.commanderdave.com

This is a very large site that holds all of my artwork. I've been working diligently on the restructuring of my meta tags and have doubled the traffic from February statistics to March. If the Web Pro World community would give me a critique it would be of great value. Thanks for your time and comments. http://www.commanderdave.com

Dave - hi :)

You might want to test this website in different browsers, as I guess you've just made it in IE.

It's probably got to do with how the CSS renders in Netscape, (guessing), but the opaque block with the Babel fish in IE is a solid colour block, and drops down and covers your name where thr copyright is. (Being viewed in 1024 X 768 resolution).

Also, the words "Art The Last Vice" can be clearly seen in Netscape, but have a small blue "square" of artwork covering those words when viewed in IE.....odd?

That dotted line "ruler thingy" traversing it's way backwards and forwards across the creen is no the best thing in the world - very distracting. (I think it looks good on posters etc - but not on websites).

I guess some of the other aspects of the website design stem from your own "artistic bent" - some things like that don't stretch across different mediums unfortunately.

Otherwise - very nice :)

What is "Online Status: Online" meaning in your front page?

Default Online Status

The Onine Status is a hold over from a service I used to provide to my clients. It allows them to know I'm online. It is a manual, switch on, switch off thing with php
