A couple of things I would change:

1. Need to validate your code.

2. Images need ALT tags

3. All the pages need titles

4. The navigation on the left needs a little padding so it is not jammed against the border.

5. Less white space between the bottom of the content and the footer.

6.Alternatives to Loans subtitle is lined up to the right.

Good job on the AdSense. You are still working on the site. But hopefully this will help. Good luck.

In looking at your code, you've got some errors to fix before launching. A second HEAD tag appears within your BODY tags with a second DOCTYPE and additional style formatting.

One of my pet peeves is scrolling text lines so I would recommend losing that.

Your left column needs some padding. Will you be adding links to logos in that same column? It's odd to mouseover the various logos and find there's no link.

Code:
<table width="768" border="0" cellpadding="5px" cellspacing="0" class="border">
    <tr>
      <td align="center" valign="top"><table width="768" border="0" cellpadding="5px" cellspacing="0">
that should just move it off the edges....
