I want to redesign my old site www.TestCountry.com and just started with the Drug Testing sub category. I wanted to make it informational for the visitor, but due to complexity of subject and a little too much information, I am not getting the result as I wanted from this new site http://drugtestingkits.testcountry.com.

I would really like to get some feedback for improving the navigation and possibly conversion of the site.

I can't see that there's any difference from the 2 URLs you posted.

Anyway, try some simple things first. Change that banner to you logo and one clean simple image without the check lines. Make the breadcrumb trail (Home, View Cart etc.) background a plain single color.

Now the images on the right. They all add to the confusion. Put the CC details at the foot and, if you thing it is necessary put all the current links that are images and animated gifs in a simple box called something like "Quick Hits" with just text links - or get rid of them completely. The left menu is excellent and visitrs should have no trouble finding what they want...

I did not make my question clear, my mistake. www.TestCountry.com is the old site and I want to change it. So I took one subject "drug testing" part of the site and build a new subsite to test a new design and that is http://drugtestingkits.testcountry.com so if you can give me input about both that is great. But if you want to look one please look at http://drugtestingkits.testcountry.com since that is supposed to be the new improved look.
