I'll get the ball rolling as it seems to take a while for folks to post replies to reviews at the moment.

All comments from a non-techie viewpoint as I am a newbie to design and struggle with code and the techie aspects!

- Design is neat, very US style of design which is good as that is your intended market
- As the concept involves folks potentially investing money, I would suggest more info about JPA to include history, testimonials, soundness of the company etc
- Personal preference would be to have the JPA logo at the top right hand side always linking back to the homepage
- Use ALT tags for images
- Maybe flesh out the titles of the pages so that they tell the punter more

I'll give my two cents,

I don't like the menu being the same height as the header.

I would run the header all the way across the top of the page. Put some of your pictures into the header and remove some of them from around the text.

The first line of text should grab me and make me want to read more.

It should tell me what's in it for me and what you can do for me in a way that makes me want to read more.

I would center the design and place a border around it.
