Default Back for More! Take a Look!

It's been a little more than 6 months that Real Estate Add.com has been on the net. With all the good encouragment here and hard work that we've put into the site I thought many here would like to take a look at it again 6 months later.

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Nice site, very good looking. I'd use a seperate style sheet...
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="stylesheet.css"/>

That way google/yahoo might index you a little better. I'd also use more descriptive keywords. The ones you are going after are very broad and competitive. I'd try local specific niche markets.

Good Luck,
EG

One quick comment.
I still don't get why people put "google ads" in prominent places on their sites. Essentially sending visitors away to your competitors.

The Google Ad group is the first thing I saw when I pulled up your site.

That just doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

I find the whole site very confusing, er what you trying to sell again?, perhaps to much information on one page. Also take another look at your layout, too many images

Real Estate Market | Search Real Estate Listings | Advertise with Us | Buying Real Estate | Home Mortgage

you have twice for what reason?

Default Thanks from Real Estate Add

Thanks so much for making Real Estate Add the featured site WebProWorld and Thank you to the many supporters and even the critics here.

We've been gaining a growing following. FYI- Real Estate Add was in Research and Development for 2 years before we launched it.

I like it. It looks a little plain, but I actually scrolled to the bottom of the page and then read a few of the ads. That says something. I began clicking on the links, and I got to admit, i like the flow of it. The design is slightly lacking, but, then again, the functionality of the site makes up for it!

keep up the good work!

God Bless!

Katie

I agree! I seen more than just one page that was like this. You're screaming "PLEASE LEAVE!" when placing ads in such places and should very seriously consider ad placement a little better. I felt a little mislead when coming to this site and looking at it. It made me think there was going to be real estate listings when all in all it was information about individual states housing market. I clicked on a few states, but there wasn't much information to be read. I thought there was going to be a lot more but it seemed very bare bones actually.

I have to agree with the others. It looks to me like your trying to make your money with Google.

Here's what I would do if it was me.

I would redo the header, at this time there is no text and just a bunch of pictures.

Put your logo, a picture and a little text about your business, maybe a tag line the header.

If your going to keep the Google ads why not move them under the header and have the text next.

You then need some good text about what your site is about and what's in it for me.

Real Estate is a tuff market to get into. If your trying to make money with Google then I would go a different route.

Default Any more comments please ?

Thanks again to all the posters.

Like any website this will be a product that continues to evolve and change for the better. As many of you are aware we've been in the design and seo business for years and enjoyed success with many major sites.

Any other ideas for it ?
