Im no expert on web building or design so i can only offer a opinion from a user point of view..

I think the site is excellent, good use of colour, everything well placed, looks good in two main resolutions..

Need to do a bit on the validation but other than that it looks top class.

I would agree with the above, lots of text which se's love, nice layout and good use of colour.

not a bad concept...i dunno how well having clients install something so you can spam their desktop is going to go over, but lemme know how it works!

anyways, ditch the pink in the body...brutal colour.

also, work on getting ur site validated

its not to spam though by the way! Its so genuine sites can send info thats relevant to users who have subscribed to the service..
