Default Submit your site for review

I am a newbie and have done everything I can to make our webpage the best I can. I am simply not getting the visitors I hoped for. The ones who do find it say they really like it and think it is a great site.

Please review http://www.designsbylenice.com
I would so appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks
Lenice

Some people might not be waiting around for your page to load - your home page is 765 kb in size! All of your pages were slow to load on my 3mb cable connection...

The largest file errors are with your images. You need to resize them in PhotoShop (or your graphics program) to fit the space in your web page. (Don't use your HTML editor to resize - you lose image quality and your file size is not reduced.) One example is your necklace and earring set on the home page: the photo is 1004 x 1372 (130 kb) and is forced into a space that is 137 x 163.

The white text is your header is very hard to read on that background image, plus your graphic s/b something about jewelry.

The "Petite Bijoux Jewelry" on your menu does not fit properly, it runs off the background. Should your menu link say Petit Bijoux? That's in the body text throughout.

Remove the italic-style from your Times New Roman text, it very hard to read on a computer screen and looks very jagged.
