Before even looking at the SEO question, you have virtually no links pointing at your site. I found 6 MSN and that was it. So you need to start by going into our links section and reading all the advice there is.

Removing the second "- Home" from your title tag would help, unless you are trying to show up for searches for "home" (good luck competeing with NASA for that unintended keyword).
