This is a solid effort with some good points. Copywriting, for example, is well written and relates what's in the software to the user's life. For review purposes, set up a persona (with background), and a dummy account and task. This way, you give the checkout procedure a workout, not just the logo colors or other superficial features.

It looks okay, but does it work okay? Time for testing, not opinion polling. As the Kerry campaign learned, asking for opinions doesn't mean anything.
