I suggest making the left nav section links more buttonlike to more clearly identify it as navigation. Perhaps make the layout more polished, with a clearer visual flow and information hierarchy. This leads the reader's eye quickly and efficiently through what's there.

Definitive, indespensable, these mean the commitment to develop a unique set of customer valued advantages. Case histories about unusual print jobs and innovative solutions. One thing I'd like to see is standard dimensions for every piece, from inserts, BRCs and gatefolds to packaging designs, including downloadable templates.

Lots of companies "want" but only a few will execute in the ways it actually takes to be the definitive leader.
