Default Good Luck

Hi

I read this with interest. I am a potential service provider/freelancer after all.

God Idea, not bad in execution, but...

and you expected a but didn't you ?

1) You don't sell hard enough early enough.
Where is the answer to the question , 'why?'?
2)For me you throw TOO MUCH on the opening page, and yet are still light on 'why' (see above).
Make it less crowded.
3) You ask people like me to subscribe.
Er , well, but, cough, other polite noises...
we are tight b****ers and you have no credentials.
So why should we (this said in the nicest way possible).

By the way. Please note my e-mail address and make contact if you change things.

John

Hiya,

really nice professional website..good work.. there are a few things I would like to highlight:

- the image at the top. looks squashed.
- the save time and money should stand out more, use a different colour..like yellow? or some other colour that stands out.
- I think using the font verdana would look much nicer and more professional..its also easier to read on the screen
- the information on each page, feels squashed to the left side of the screen. I would recommend adding more padding/space so that the user can feel more comfortable reading through the pages.

In terms of optimisation:
- your title meta tags are TOO TOO TOO LONG!! you need to choose the same words you have in your page <h1> content and add them to your title. This will help you a lot with Yahoo engine.
- if your trying to optimise your website so you can get seen more on search, you need to look at ur keywords and get the site to target these keywords.

Good luck though, nice site:)

looks good at first glance, but the lady on the home page is )( squished. Stetching and squishing graphics IMO never looks good.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your feedback so far.

The feedback so far is really good. Here is reply to the feedback so far.

JuniorOnline

1. The image at the top looks squashed, the save time and money should stand out more, use a different colour..like yellow? or some other colour that stands out. ( Yes, competely agreed)
2. the information on each page, feels squashed to the left side of the screen. I would recommend adding more padding/space so that the user can feel more comfortable reading through the pages ( the website is left aligned. It was mainly designed for 800 X 600)

Owens88

3. Make the opening page less crowded. ( Are you talking about the categories on the home page or the left hand side panel where resource center, related links are?)

4. Why you should register? (why you should register can be answered by clicking on provide services link, http://www.go4outsourcing.com/service_provider.asp)

Owens88, could you please email me your point of view for 'why' This is the new website, we are building credential as we go along. If you go and check our resource center, none of the outsourcing website provide such a detailed resource center.

Please keep giving more feedback as it will help me improve this service.

Thank you all for the feedback.

Well, from a design point of view, you already know that the woman is squished. The site is a bit techy and less creative in design, but it is a techy site. It contains tons of text right off, not much eye candy or interest. The blue from the top header bar is not close in color to the blue in the bar below it. From the other pages in the site, I think it would be a good idea to have the logo/header bar be a link back to the home page.
I am a freelance designer, and have signed on with sites of similar purpose, so I did "get" the "why" right off. As such, I also went through the registration process; when asked to choose a member level, it was a bit confusing as to if it were "free", which had the fees, and which did not. One possible solution is to put the "Free Membership" title above the actual "free" membership, rather than below and near the paid.

Overall design is nice with simple navigation, just not an "oh cool, look at this site" design yet.

Hi Nancy,

Thanks for the feedback. Design team has already made some changes. Regarding the free membership, now we have made it clear by putting Free next to basic.

There is one question, I want everyone's opinion on. A lot of service provider are registering on the website but some of them are creating their profile. That means without profile they don't appear in search result. Is something I am missing here?
