In terms of usability how easy or hard is it to navigate the site?

How is the speed of the site?

Is content such as Search Results easy to read and understand?

It may be my browser, IE6, but the tabs turn white for a couple seconds when I mouse over them.

Better: Do a usability test. Set up a scenario (employer/job seeker). Set up a task to complete. Ask about completion. Perhaps even set up a dummy employer site, which allows a complete post/clickthrough/billing event.

For example, "For Employers" tab might turn up employers want a form which guides them through the writeup process. Or browsing by industry, the Design, Foundry Packaging Services Industry Jobs turns up bill collection and customer service jobs?!?!

Otherwise, the site looks good and loads fast, is easy to navigate, and results are easy to understand (if unexpected).

Your site ran well and was very easy to navigate no problems at all.
