What is supposed to be displayed here? When I hover over the timelines, are they supposed to link to articles? They don't link to anything.

Also, the site doesn't seem to be cross-browser compatible. The hover effect is visible in Firefox, but not in IE.

Am I missing something?

Yes i know it doesnt work in IE. I tried to fix that but no luck. Hover are not meant as links, just to see better.

dou have any suggestion what to improve !

Lazar

I see that you have gone with a new design - I actually think the first style was easier to read, for a couple of reasons:
  • 1. Text made of all caps is difficult to read.
    2. Light text on dark background is harder to read than dark text on light
Excluding the rollover feature on your list was smart - if a rollover isn't a link, it is confusing to the viewer based on what the general public has come to expect online.

You should narrow your page width too - there are still a lot of viewers that are using a screen resolution of 800 x 600, and they will have to scroll left to right to read your timelines.

I would also move the Google ads from the top of the page.
