grammar
The look is nice....soft, inviting. But as soon as I started reading I was turned off completely.
There is not much content on your home page, but you make up for it with lots and lots of grammatical errors: cases, tenses, punctuation, etc. Not meaning to be mean, but if I were looking for a company to build a professional web site yours would definitely not be the one due to all the grammatical errors. If "cater for" is a British term and you are only appealing to English people I guess you can leave it, but in American we "cater to" people. We "cater for weddings". There is a BIG difference. You need to get help from someone who knows how to write correctly and when possible to stick to terminology that is cross-cultural.
