You didn't say what conversion rate you were getting or hoping for, but it is probably not going to be very high. You appear to offer high quality custom garments, but many people are simply looking for inexpensive items.
Your site is very easy to navigate, and I like the way all of your policies are made very clear.
Some of your images could be a little sharper, but I don't think it is the look of your site which is the problem.
You have done an excellent job with the search engines, I only tried Google, but you are ranking #1 for several key phrases and in the top 10 for several others. Congratulations, no wonder you have good traffic.
If you track your stats, you will possibly find that those who search for custom or tailored suits are those most likely to make a purchase.
Good luck,
CiCi

In general, I would say that of course you will get more traffic from Germany and France (or any other country) by offering translations in those languages. Not only will they be more likely to visit the site, but I'm sure you are not ranking well in the search results in those countries, as they are not very likely to search in English.

One idea to improve conversions might be to move the Jodhpuri suit from the home page. The majority of visitors probably look at your headline, left image, and price in the box on the right. They may not even notice that you are offering custom tailored garments.
If you add a home page which tells that you offer custom tailored garments, a satisfaction guarantee, free shipping and packing, detailed instructions for measurement, etc., I think it would improve your conversion rate. Most of those things are not immediately evident from your home page.

Also, do you realize that your pages all open in new windows? This is slightly annoying, it would probably be better to open only links to other sites in new windows.

You cannot expect sales from France and Germany without a perfect translation of you complete site into their languages. (A bad translation will make things worse.)
