Some hosting provides some good site builders, but aren't very forgiving for changes. Build your site and keep learning. Get Dreamweaver or Frontpage and play around with it, like months/years. A tip is to follow the tutorials they provide, it helps alot.

Hope this helps "Where's the Url?"

looks like it needs a heavy overhaul. ads removed, site centered, needs a professional logo/banner needs a new nav. bar....

I would suggest getting a web designer to make a professional layout/design around your existing listing system. (http://www.intertec-engineering.com/ can hook you up, and there is lots of other web designers out there)

I have to agree with DJ, it needs an overhaul. Obviously you want to do it yourself so have a good look around other property sites to see how they're doing it. Don't copy their sites but it'll give you an idea on how the big boys are playing the game.

Although I can see the relevance, the home improvement adverts are overpowering the properties which is not what you want at all. You need bigger images of the houses on offer so they're the focus.

Ideally you want to stick to one type of advertising too. I know that google ads are a money earner but the question you should be asking yourself is do you really want to be sending people away from your site to a competitor??

It has a lot of potential so keep on developing! ;-)
