I would eliminate the flash intro, perhaps making it a small, fast loading page header. Usability tests repeatedly find the most popular part of flash intros are the "skip intro" button.

The site itself has little information. Remove the name and address, it could be any law firm, in any country. Add some information visitors without a law background can understand. Check out quinn emanuel, which is also in flash.

Sites are still developed in a competitive vacuum. Study the competition, find strengths and what the competition is not doing. Develop the site as if the competition is only a click away.

Thanks DCrux,
I know the problem of flash intro but I use this page to divide Italian and English part.
If I use the first "Italian page" like Homepage, perhaps my English customers have some problems to find Union jack Union jack flag. This is the problem.
What do You think?
Can You also explain what is fast loading page header?
Thanks for Your suggestions...

If you're Amazon.com, having the language versions might get lost. On this site, there are few controls or selections to confuse readers.

There shouldn't be much of a problem, even with more content.

A flash header which is small in file size will load in a few seconds, say under 25K.

A lawyers site needs to project an image of confidence, honesty, well-established competence.

The use of animated gifs and moving type have the opposite effect. Also there is a general lack of design with white space that is not used to effect, but is simply wasted space. The fonts need defining - preferably in a stylesheet.

As to language why not a flag (that doesn't wiggle)at the top right of each page. The flash intro does nothing to help the site. Well done on accessibility.
