Where to start?

If your website reflected the look of your jewellry you would have it made.

You have some very good looking stuff yet the presentatioon of the website looks cheap and tacky.

You have everything there, information, easy navigation, fast loading graphics.

If I had come across your site whilst looking for a present for my girlfriend I would have probably bought but would have been deterred by the fact that I was not sure of you integrity because of the look of your site.

Everything is there as far as I can see, just have a play with the look and I will guarantee that with the range of jewellry that you have you will get the customers.

Default page is kinda messed upcoz yr alignments are off

page is kinda messed up coz your alignments are waaay off

Every page is like way different. The top part keeps changing. If you fixed up the stuff to fit like 750px width (every page) you will be well off.

I like the font you use for headings on the home page. Not so sure about the changing graphic though. I can understand having a picture of a sunflower, but not so sure about the others. It just doesn't work for me. Maybe incorporate the sunflower picture into your logo? But to me those fading pictures are just a waste of bandwidth. Pictures of some some of your products might be better.

The layout of the home page could be improved. The long lines of text are not a good idea - very difficult to read and makes the layout look awful. It also creates a very long page with lots of vertical scrolling. It is also difficult to determine what you are trying to tell me on the home page. Your message is not very clear. What do you really want me to look at, and what do you want me to do?

Digging deeper, I took a look at your wine stem jewelry. From http://sunfluersjewelrydesigns.com/W...%20Jewelry.htm I just didn't get this. Why sets of six apparently identical items? I think you should spell out on this page that the pewter items are different. It took me a while to discover that too. My instincts told me to click on the thumbnails, not go the sidebar and click on the link there. And whats worse is I have looked at the main page several times now, and only just noticed that the button says 'details' - I guess that before I was thinking that was the 'buy button' since it was right by the price! Maybe I'm just having a bad day?

I like the use of the plier pictures to fill the gaps! It kind of implies that you have the tools to do the job, and you aren't just a reseller of someone else's work.

Finally I think that the photography could use some work. Better lighting, better exposure and closer cropping in the camera. Show your visitors how really beautiful your work is and you stand a beter chance of converting them to a customer.

Default pics used on index page not same size

The pics used on the index page are not the same size and look weird when they are moving changing to the next pic. I agree with seafoam... waste of bandwidth. Keep the sunflower and incorporate it in your logo. Lose the rest. Think big now. Stramline your site so you can get all teh customers you need. Save bandwidth. Cut off the unnecessary.

Sorry - i dont mean to be rude or anything - but your website looks tacky and if i was going to buy something it would take a lot of persuation.
the coler scheme is to yellowish.
Your banner is barely readable.
shopping cart is not a big deal - we use vpasp shopping cart- you can download a free copy from vpasp.com
you do not need unnessary links to shopping cart guys.
anyways- that is my opinion.
best of luck :-)

Default site review

I find your site to be visually attractive and well laid out. It loads quickly even with my slow connection.

I can find no problems with your site.

I see you don't like the color, yellow. Based on what I've read, yellow is appealing to intellectuals although I thought it was green - who knew?
I'm an artist and a bit of a techie...amazing I can combine the two. At any rate, my color scheme reflects me and the type of products I offer with a strong 60's influence in my background.
What I'm looking for is opinion on the overall presentation, credibility, professionalism, ease of movement through the site, etc.
Thank you for taking the time to view my site and giving me your honest opinion of it. I'll see what the cumulative result is of my inquiry.
