Like Adam a week ago, the only jobs I could find in the search were the two you pointed out.

It's an interesting problem that fortunately I've never had to resolve but how do you populate a database when you've only just started a service such as this one? Presumably, you either do a big advertising campaign or nick the data from somewhere else.

One thing your site has in abundance is errors and it's the most I've seen for ages. For instance;
404 errors on your index page
337 errors on your Career Seekers page
339 errors on your Assets page
336 errors on the Employer's form page
337 errors on About Us

I won't go on! Ok, it might not be as bad as it looks because your biggest error was to omit the DOCTYPE which can seriously skew the validator but it looks like HTML 4.01 Transitional at a quick glance.

You also have several errors in your CSS and a JavaScript error with 'loadScroller'.

There are some curious things going on when viewed in Firefox. For instance, on your index page the top links of the right-hand Quicklinks column, when moused over cause the column to jump about a lot. I suspect it's a padding or line height issue for hover in your CSS. I also see little square boxes dotted around...they could be missing spacer gifs but you should investigate.

Design-wise, it's OK but I can't help thinking it's a failed attempt at a 70's retro-style. Those are very dated and strange clip art gifs in the left navigation. I think you should stick with the same style throughout, it's either photos or clip art.

Like Adam recommended a week ago, don't advertise or register the site with the SEs until you have cleaned the site of all coding, spelling and grammatical errors.

I wish you good luck.

PS. Rather than spreading your post all over the place, it would be better if you simply replied to this thread. ;)
