Default www.doctorscoldsore.com

The father in law who owns this site is intent on keeping the appearance and maybe it is just me so your input is much appreciated!

www.doctorscoldsore.com

Thanks

There is often a lack of logic in what people - both site ownners and customers percieve as being 'good' and what a designer sees.

Design-wise, this site appears on the surface, fussy, flowery and in totally the wrong colors. The text is small and hard to read. But if the product and price are right, it could still work well.

Technically this site is a non-starter as is is a simple single frame of www.doctorssolution.com/ so SE-wise there is nothing there to index. If there were though there would be duplicate content penalties. A redirect would be better...

I totally agree with Paul B on this one. Unless you are targetting women. Most men will not shop at a pink website.

I guess it would depend on who gets more cold sores.

The scrolling area is too big. If a website is selling something. The product needs to be featured better. The promotion sale is the wrong color, I almost missed it. That needs to be at top and really get the attention of the potential buyer.

I would even suggest to make the shopping page the home page or the focus of the home page and then let people click to read more about it instead of having so much info on the home page.

Could not agree more chaps but somehow convincing the site owner who has minimal sales in the first place that the site is not working is frustrating.

BTW it is a redirect to doctorssolution, (not a duplicate) just that it has been masked when viewed!

The site has been up 5 years with nothing/ little change. It is my father in laws and it seems he is emotionally attached to the design.....even with no sales! Ha..!
