I'm about to spend some money on advertising and would like to make sure my site will do well on the ROI. Anyone have any ideas? Would you use this site?

In answer to the most pressing question: yes, I would possibly use your site.
The only obvious flaw is in the center of your home page. The "Why Find-a-Quote" and "Happy Holidays" boxes need attention. Currently, they look awkward and unorganized. The text really needs to fit the boxes properly.
Otherwise, the site is attractive and easy to navigate.
