I changed my Site and I am still working on it

I'm still working on my site little by little but I think it's the idea. It's a Forum site in which people can talk about Anything. It was just an idea. The site is below as Scary-Truth.com.

I like your top banner. Your categories are logical. The black with gray text is just a little hard on my eyes. I assume you are trying to stick with the "scary" theme, but I would keep playing around with color a bit if I were you.

Are you asking for feedback on the content of your forum or on the design? Since you're using the VereorSpiderMan PhpBB skin, we can't really review someone else's design. The site doesn't have much by way of content so I don't really know what the forum is about.

There's not much to review.

It's not my disign but I did change things around a little bit. I am asking if people like the feel of it. Is it too hard to read and other things like that.
