This is my first site after being out of the game since the days of flashing text and animated gifs. I think it's a site that can be helpful to people if they are buying a Dell. Obviously I am set up as an affiliate. Does it look amatuerish or somewhat professional?

IMO it looks professional enough to get you conversions. It certainly shouldn't scare anyone away.
It loads fast, navigation is straightforward, and I like the tables. I also like that your home page is essentially FAQs. It works better than a piece of fluff opening page which requires an extra click to get actual information.
Two suggestions: maybe a picture or two would be nice, as it looks a little plain; and I would watch your keyword META, as they say repetition is bad - you might be better off with "dell coupons" and then single words.

Your site definitely needs some graphical interest - by adding images of the products themselves, that should help. It's hard to visualize through text.

Does this affiliate offer an RSS Feed? I would think it would be easier to maintain the site and the ongoing specials.

My only comment is add some cell padding (your text is right against the column borders)... Oh, and you need to focus on your keyword density. Obviously, your density for "dell" is dangerously high.
