Overall look is not bad, but you have a few issues. All of that movement is distracting. Yes, motion draws the eye. Unfortunately, it is drawing mine to everything but your content.
A yahoo email address is not confidence inspiring. Whenever possible, it is a good idea to set up an @yourdomain.com email account with your host, and then forward it to your regular account if you don't want to have to check 2.
Clicking the ringtones button sends users away, never to return.
I had a counter on my front page, too, but I got rid of it since everyone here seems to feel that they're strictly for amateurs.
It looked to me like you may have some code issues, but someone more experienced than I will have to help you on that one!
I would suggest thinking really hard about your goals for the site, and then try to align everything accordingly. If, as you suggest, you intend it mainly for b2b sales, then you need to come across as rock-solid as possible. If, on the other hand, you're going for ad revenue, then you just want to get as many people looking as you can.
The actual look of the site is nice. I particularly like your buttons, colors, and top graphic.

To be honest it took me a while to understand exactly what the site was about. I think it needs more explanation on the home page to encourage the viewer to actually start looking and reading. A simple explanation paragraph near the top would help. The ideal location for some body text would be where the current large animated graphic is. This would also help the search engines find you! I agree with ccera that the graphic is a bit distracting.

Nice colours and style though!
