maybe think about paying someone to help you out, could be a really cool site in flash with a professional doing it for you...

For one, I don't know why you'd want to do it in flash...it's not bad the way it is.

There does seem to be a fair bit of wasted space on the screen, but the content is presented fairly well.

There are a lot of validation errors on the page. Look into fixing those, and it'll likely speed up ur loading time.

May also want to ditch the image-based navigation on the side for CSS or something.

Hope that helps.

At least 25% of your visitors - those with 800 pixel screen resolution will only see 2/3 of the pages and miss the right-hand menu completely. Despite this there is an awful amount of white space. Then at the bottom of the home page there is a pile of unecessary links that don't link (ie underlined items) and logos - and yet I have no idea where you are, who you are, what your shipping charges are.

It is not even very clear that this is an online store. The only hint is 'Shopping Cart' at the top.

You don't state clearly if you take credit cards, how payment is made and if it is secure. There is no 'home' link...

Selling successfully online needs a clear, straightforward site that inspires confidence and explains everything clearly.

For me, there's no balance to the layout of the site. I'd recommend creating a tighter layout that uses your space more wisely - something that's more visitor-friendly and has a more professional yet "hot" look.

Your page needs a DOCTYPE declaration, plus you've got an awful lot of META tags, which could have a negative impact on your SE results/indexing.
