Default Please Review enchantedramblings.net

Please take a moment to review http://www.enchantedramblings.net. The site exists primarily to promote a quarterly ezine showcasing new and upcoming fantasy & sci-fi authors, but also features reviews, articles and interviews with authors.

It has recently begun increasing in popularity, and I've been speaking with the owners about redesigning the site to make it both more profitable and easier to use and navigate.

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

One weird thing - when I first opened the home page, it had a lot of empty space to the right of the nav panel, and a horizontal scroll bar. However, when I visited other pages and then came back, it had adjusted to fit my screen.
I didn't see any real problems with the navigation. Maybe on the book reviews, you could label the "all reviews" button as "back to all reviews" to avoid any confusion. I wasn't sure if it would take me back or take me to a page with all of the full reviews.
The Rambler's Inn page looks awesome!! I think you should make the look of the rest of the site more similar to that. I don't think the current colors really relate at all to the subject matter.
Good luck!

Default Hi

Hi Jerry
You could make use of a css file, this would move all formatting out of your pages. Better for SEO.
I would also bring the large box very slightly in from the right so that you can see all round it. It gives the impression that a bit of it has been chopped off at the moment.
You could make better use of the alt tags throughout the site, SEO.

Hope these tips help.
