I like the looks and premise of this site. Only thing I would change would be the links on the left. Get rid of the text underline and the borders on the table. Make that side one color and the text to change colors when you hover. The text links to be black.

Or keep the borders, but get rid of the extra boxes at the bottom. Make sure your link colors - the green or black would do - go with the site. You could then make the table cell change colors on mouse over. That would look nice too.

The other thing is your beautiful background shows up again on the right when viewing in a higher resolution screen. Make the black extend a bit longer so it won't repeat, or have the graphic do a repeat_y.

Nice colors and vibrant graphics. Great information there as well.
