Default C4x4.com

We have just put up our newly overhauled magazine. My webmaster is a volunteer, and though quite talented, sometimes getting him to change things is like sucking molasses through a straw in January.

The site is #1 both on Google and Yahoo when searching "Christian 4x4" or any combo like that, but I am still not happy with the amount of traffic.

I am just beginning to explore Adsense and affiliate possibilities to generate more revenue so please keep that in mind.

I realize that there are still a few typos and such, but please feel free to review.

Thanks in advance!

Default A couple of things I see

Just a couple of things I notice:

I am not a fan of times roman font used for text on the web. For print - sure, not for web. Use Arial or Verdana and the reading will be easier.

The links in your frame on the side look squished. Go ahead and make the text full sized, they look like they have been scaled from the sides but not the top. It would look cleaner.

Lastly, put some verticle and horizontal space around the pictures to separate them from the text next to them. The Christian Jamboree page is a prime example. The pictures on the main pages look good.

Otherwise, I like the colors and the pictures really stand out against the background. Crisp clean graphics and pictures and the buttons with the switches are nice. Just fix the text in the buttons and you have a winner.

Way to go. Terry

Thanks hs4u!

Funny thing about the font is that my webguy asked me and the other writers to send all of our articles to him in arial and as you noted its in times roman.

Thanks for the link frame text size and the picture tips.

My webguy will be happy with your compliment on the graphics since he's really more of a graphics guy than anything.

Thanks again!

JB
