one recomendation.. When I increase the FOnt size with the CTRL + mousewheel in my browser your layout get goofy. you may want to set static widths for your content area as you have static width set your wrapper of the area. also your menu at the top looses Items when the font is resized. Dont set a hard height on the menu bar if possible. other than that the site looks great.

Your site looks just great. Good design, concept, standardization, color balance, font size, photos, etc.

The alt-Letter shortcuts are a great idea!

May be the only suggestion I have is about the red background that seems a bit eye-annoying, but I guess is the corporate color (?)
